Well, as I said, Kubo mentioned that the cover style was changing, but aside lettering all over the character, I'm not sure about what changed? X'D I'm going to wait to see this in colour.

The King or Emperor - whatever he is - really reminds me of Zangetsu though.

I think it's because the pic is now shaded entirely? We need to see it in color though. But as of now I prefer the FB arc style. The cover number and title practically covers half of the pic.

This vol will be relase on June 4th and will contain ch 480-489.

  More excited about the novel. The disappeared 8th gen Kenpachi (Azajou? Azajiro? ) is a criminal that is accused of high treason, and Kyouraku's past is also going to be mentioned. They're all going to be released on the same date. Thank you Arie and Annie for the advertisement. <333333

I don't really like the title covering half of the picture... and we're gonna stuck with this design until the end, no? I still prefer the FB cover too, let's see until we get the one in color.
I didn't expect it will be the Emperor though, I was expecting either Ichigo again or Yuuki (which I prefer not tbh).

So the Emperor got the cover this time. I guess it's fitting since this arc started with the 1000 years blood war, so who else is more fitted than the guy who has ties to it?

Yah, I don't like how the cover number and title are so big and covered most of the pic like that. Seeing the words being as big as the pic, kind of mess up the volume cover for me. I would like to appreciate the art please, not having a big block of words covering most of it. Oh well, I guess it's best to wait to see it in color to judge it fully. Although right now, I too prefer FB cover over this new one.

Oh, thanks pikeish for the novel news. The novel sounds very interesting. Wow, 8th gen Kenpachi as a criminal and Kyouraku's past! I'm all for it!

I'm pleased with this Cover. It means Buckbeard has a Poem. And I Love BLEACH Poems. I bet it's gonna be simple. Maybe take some influence from his portryal as a Fuhrer.

I like the cover choice. I would have choked if Kubo went with Yuki like Ansfair said (-__- ) The King's poem would be interesting and I want it too. But the cover style puts me off. I really dislike how large the letters are.

Pikeish: nyaaa so the novels will contain the story about 8th Gen Kenpachi as criminal and Shunsui's past? Does it mean the man on a cover for vol. 1 is 8th Gen Kenpachi and a woman on vol. 2 cover is someone from Shushui's past? *wonders*

The guy's name is not yet revealed and he gets a cover this soon. I am really impatient to read the poem about him as it could reveal a little bit aspect of his character. But his cover is badass (eventhough I prefer FB covers more). He really looks like the evil twin of Zangetsu.

Also, the novel contains info about Shunsui's past? Interesting------------ Even though I hate Don Kannonji with passion, now I want to read this novel very badly. And is the 8th Kenpachi a girl or a bishie?  ::)That girl really looks badass though--------- Or could it be Shunsui's girlfriend? I can't wait for a month to know all these things.

Oh I almost missed this! Thank you for sharing the scans, girls.I can't wait for the cover. I'm really happy the Emperor gets to be on the cover. I wonder what kind of poem he'll get. At the same time, I don't like how the letters hide part of the picture. But I'm also excited about the incoming novel and those covers <3
